- 韓国語･日本語のやわらかさを表す擬態語の 副詞的用法に関する考察 -
본 논문에서는 한국어와 일본어의 감각어 중에서 부드러움을 나타내는 의태어에 한해서 그 부사적 용법에 관해 연구했다. 일반적으로 한국어, 일본어 모두 의성어/의태어의 사용법으 로서는 부사 적용법이 가장 많다고 한다. 본 연구에서는 두 언어에 어떤 형태가 있으며 또 어 떤 사용법이 가장 많은지에 대해 알아보고, 또 의태어의 의미 성분, 및 형태를 살피면서 그 사용례에 대해서 고찰해본다. 마지막에 두 언어에 차이점에 대한 비교, 또 선행연구의 딱딱함 과의 비교도 시도해 본다. 일본어 의태어의 부사적 용법은 주로 TO형, NI형, ∅형으로 분류가 되며 그중에서도 TO 형이 가장 사용빈도가 높다. 부드러움을 나타내는 의태어도 마찬가지로 TO형(∅형)이 가장 용례가 많았다. 하지만 NI형만으로 쓰이는 특정한 의태어도 있으며(gunya、kunya、hunya、 buwa), 이것은 흥미로운 결과이다. 한국어의 부드러움의 나타내는 의태어에 관해서는 부사적 용법은 많았으나 촉각의 부드러 움으로서의 용법은 많지 않았다. 그것은 부드러움의 의태어에는 다의성이 높은 어휘가 많다 는 것이 이유 중의 하나라고 추측이 된다. 또 일반적으로 한국어 의성어의태어에서는 어근형 이 많지만 부드러움의 의태어에서는 하게형이 가장 많았다. 딱딱함을 나타내는 의태어에 비 해 어근에 자율성이 있는 하다형이 많은 것도 특징이다. 또 이것을 구분하기 위해서는 공기 동사를 살피는 것도 하나의 방법이 될 수 있다.
A Contrastive Study on the Adverbial Use of Sensory Mimetic Words between Korean and Japanese : Focused on the Mimetic Words of Softness
This research refers to the adverbial usage of mimetic words about softness which represent a tactile sense between Korean and Japanese. Generally, both in Korean and in Japanese, the adverbial usage is the main functions as the usage of mimetic words. So in this research, we will study their classification of adverbial usage, focusing on the semantic components of mimetic words Finally, we try to compare the differences between the two languages a n d also mimetic words of the hardness which has studied as previous work. The adverbial usage of Japanese mimetic words is mainly classified into TO type, NI type, and ∅type, among which TO type is the most frequently used. Likewise, TO type (∅type) was the most common type for softness as well. However, there are certain mimetic words used only in NI type(gunya,kunya,hunya,buwa), which is an interesting result. As for the mimetic words of softness in Korean, adverbial usage was not so frequent as a tactile use. There are many polysemic words in the softness, so we could not find so many ways of softness as tactile. In general, the most common type is the base type in Korean mimetic words, but in the softness, the -hake type was the most common. To distinguish the polysemic use, it would be one of the ways to focus on co-occurrent verbs.
