- 지넨 세이신 『인류관(人類館)』에 있어서의 ‘조선’ 표상 연구 -
이 연구는 오키나와 작가 지넨 세이신(知念正真)의 『인류관(人類舘)』에 있어서 ‘조선’ 표상 을 살펴본 것이다. ‘조선’은 작중에서 점경화되어 있어서 아직까지는 논의된 바가 없었다. 먼 저 2장에서는 역사적 사실로서의 ‘인류관사건’과 조선의 관련성을 정리하였다. 3장에서는 극 의 중층적 서사 구조를 분석하여 일본 제국과 식민지와의 차별 구조를 지적하였다. 4장에서 는 제국/식민지의 대립 구조를 영속하는 인간의 욕망의 문제로 파악한 다음 조선 표상을 정 리하였다. 일본 복귀(1972) 후의 오키나와가 마이너리티로서의 자신들의 내부에 형성되어 온 피해와 가해의 복잡한 양가 감정을 성찰하고 척결하고자 표출한 것이 조선 표상이라 결론 맺었다.
A Study on the ‘Joseon’ Representation in the 『Jinruikan(人類館); Humanity Hall』 of Chinen-seishin
This study examined the “Joseon” representation in of Okinawan author Chinenseishin. ‘Joseon’ has not been discussed thus far because it was treated as blank in the work. First, in Chapter 2, the relevance between as a historical fact and Joseon was set forth. In Chapter 3, the layered narrative structure of the play was analyzed to point out the structure for discrimination between the Japanese Empire and the colony. In chapter 4, the conflict structure of the empire/colony was identified as a matter of perpetuating human desire. In chapter 5, it was concluded that the Joseon representation was expressed by Okinawans after the return of Okinawa to Japan (1972) in order to reflect and eradicate the complex ambivalence of damage and harming that had been formed inside them as a minority.
